In 2020, under the aegis of the Erasmus+ France Agency, a dozen players in the work-study sector, committed to the mobility of apprentices in Europe, created the Professionalization Program for Mobility Referents in Apprenticeship Training Organizations. After two years of successful experimentation, PPRMOFA has been adapted to your needs. Now called MOBLT, the program will be coordinated by Euro App Mobility.

Aimed at providing professionals with organizational, pedagogical, financial, legal and communication skills, MOBLT is designed to equip those involved in individual or group mobility projects for apprentices in Europe and abroad. Built and tested by those working in the field, MOBLT offers almost 50 hours of blended-learning content, of which around a third is seminar-based. Depending on the number of places available, Euro App Mobility will give you the opportunity to follow all or part of the modules, depending on your experience as a mobility referent and your expectations if you perform other functions within VET centers.

Objective:

  •     MOBLT is a modular professionalization program designed to develop the skills of staff in apprenticeship training organizations who carry out some or all of the tasks associated with the European/international mobility referral function..

Who is it for ?

  •     Formerly known as PPRMOFA, MOBLT was designed by apprenticeship players, brought together in a working group coordinated by the Erasmus + France / Education Formation Agency. These structures promote, develop and encourage the integration of European and international mobility into apprentices’ training paths. It is currently led by EAM.

What are the aims ?

  • To understand the changing legislative framework (“Pour la liberté de choisir son avenir professionnel” law of September 5, 2018) for apprenticeship training organizations, which implies an effort to invest in skills in staff dedicated to apprentice mobility ;
  • Foster the emergence of a community of mobility referents, to lead quality projects that contribute to the development of apprentices’ professional and cross-disciplinary skills.
  • Contribute to the recognition and enhancement of the role of European and international mobility officers in apprentice training centers;
  • Learn about the opportunities offered by the Erasmus+ 2021-2027 program to finance apprentices’ vocational training periods abroad;
